PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing,
pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of:
Harriet Smith Living Trust – Tax Map #179.1-1-44 at 2175 County Hwy 41 – 2 Lot Subdivision
for the approval of a subdivision plat.

SAID HEARING will be held on July 20, 2022 at the new Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest
Drive, Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to
be heard.

It is the policy of the Town of Roxbury not to discriminate on the basis of disability. Please

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of 

Marquardt-Vekic - Tax Map #222.-1-1 – County Hwy 8 – 2 lot subdivision 

for the approval of a subdivision plat. 

SAID HEARING will be held May 19, 2021 at the Roxbury Town Hall, 53690 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard.  

There is limited space at the Town Hall due to COVID social distancing requirements, therefore,  the public will also have remote access to the public hearing as part of the Town’s COVID-19 response plan using a Zoom Meeting link or dial in phone number and conference ID.
