PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board will hold a public hearing on the Town’s Draft Comprehensive Plan at the Town Hall located at 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury New York on October 14 at 6:00 PM to hear public comments on the draft of the updated Town of Roxbury Comprehensive Plan. Bid Notice: Fuel Oil

BID NOTICE
TOWN OF ROXBURY 

Pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, the Town Board, Town of Roxbury, will receive sealed bids for approximately 12,000 gallons +/- No. 2 Fuel Oil or Winter Blend (when applicable) to be delivered as needed to the Highway Garage building. This bid will be for the 2025/2026 heating season. 

The following is required: 1) All bids must meet New York State specifications; 2) Winter Blend will be a 60/40 Blend of 60% No. 2 Fuel Oil and 40% Kerosene; 3) Base Prices will be based on the Journal of Commerce Daily Average Albany Posting for No. 2 Fuel oil and Kerosene dated Sept. 26, 2025; and 4) must be accompanied by a certificate of non-collusion. 

Bids shall be marked “FUEL OIL BID” and must be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, PO Box 189, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY  12474 no later than 2:00 pm on October 09, 2025 at which time they shall be opened. The bid will be awarded at the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Town Board to be held October 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall. 

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
