Please take notice that the Roxbury Fire District is seeking bid proposals for construction/masonry work of window replacement. Scope of the work details can be found by calling Chairperson Bob Townsend at 607-326-7173 or 607-326-7691 as well as at the Roxbury Town Hall or on the Roxbury Fire Department facebook page. Legal Notice - Park Bid
BID NOTICE
The Town of Roxbury is requesting bids for roofing repairs to the north barn in Kirkside Park. The facility is located just off Main Street in the hamlet of Roxbury, behind Kirkside Retirement Home.
Background: The building has been developed as a community kitchen space. The kitchen will serve the agricultural community as well as artisan food producers. The goal of the space is allow for the kitchen to be rented to farmers and food producers to start or extend their line of value added products, packaged for resale. The roofing repairs are the final step in the building repairs in order to open the space for community use.

Bids should be submitted to the Town of Roxbury no later than Friday February 26th by 3pm. Bids will be reviewed at the Town Board Meeting in March. The successful contractor should be prepared to begin work immediately and have the aforementioned work completed by May 1, 2021.
