Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Roxbury, County of Delaware, New York has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left at the Roxbury Town Hall, 53690 St. Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fifth Thursday in May. (May 30, 2013) A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the Assessor’s Office.
The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following days: Wed. May 8th between the hours of 9:00 am – 1:00 pm; Wed. May 15th between the hours of 4:00 pm–8:00 pm; Fri. May 17th between the hours of 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, and Sat. May 18th between the hours of 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

The Town of Roxbury is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the “Lake Street Drainage Construction Project”. Plans and specifications can be obtained by calling Jane Sotera at RETTEW Engineering and Surveying in Delhi, NY at 845-586-2400. The construction will be done as part of the Catskill Watershed Corporation’s (CWC) Stormwater Retrofit Program, and all conditions of the CWC Program Contract including bonds and insurances must be adhered to.
