TOWN OF ROXBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Roxbury for the fiscal year 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk where it is available for inspection during regular business hours.

Notice is further given that the Town Board will hold a public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget at 6:00 pm on November 6, 2025, in the Town Hall at which time any person may be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget or any item therein.

Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of elected officials are as follows:  Councilman (4) $6,427.25 ea., Justice (2) $11,138.50 ea., Supervisor $18,631.00, Tax Collector $12,429.00, Town Clerk $51,450.00, Highway Supt. $77,388.00.

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held at 6:00 pm following the public hearing.
