TOWN OF ROXBURY
PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274 of the Town Law on the application of: 

 Robert and Patricia Dana - Tax Map #Section 156, Block 1, Lot 11, located on North and South Side Burroughs Road. Application for Minor Subdivision 

 SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The Subdivision Application is on file at the Roxbury Town Clerk’s Office for public review prior to the Public Hearing.
