PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274 of the Town Law on the application of:

DOM UPSTATE LLC - Tax Map #Section 180, Block 1, Lot 14.6, located at 150 Valles End Rd, Roxbury, NY 12474. Application for Minor Subdivision

SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The Subdivision Application is on file at the Roxbury Town Clerk’s Office for public review prior to the Public Hearing.

SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 7:31 pm at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The Site Plan Application is on file at the Roxbury Town Clerk’s Office for public review prior to the Public Hearing.
