ROXBURY HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
A special meeting of the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission was held June 9, 2018 at 10:02 a.m. at the Roxbury Town Hall. Present Michael Mathis – Chairman Commission Members Margret Ellsworth and Lewis Wendell. Also present Carolynn Faraci, Commission Clerk. Also present was Martin Lerner and Fred Margulies.
On motion of Margaret Ellsworth second by Michael Mathis the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission approved the minutes of the July 15, 2017 regular quarterly meeting

On motion of Margaret Ellsworth second by Lewis Wendell the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission Chairman is
Michael Mathis for the year of 2018

On motion of Margaret Ellsworth and second by Michael Mathis the application present by Martin Lerner was approved with the following expectations: Drawing from contractor on how the Solar panels will placed on the roof. Solar panels have to be visually appropriate. The Commission reserves the right to disapprove the placement of the solar panels

Michael Mathis was going to speak with Christine O’Shaughnessy to see if she would be interested in becoming Commission Member.
On motion of Lewis Wendell second by Margaret Ellsworth meeting adjourned at 10:15
