The Assessor’s office is normally open from 8:30 to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, However, due to the nature of the position, the Assessor may be out reviewing property during those hours, therefore we suggest you call or email for a scheduled appointment.

1pm - 4pm & 6pm - 8pm
Grievance day is the one day a year that the Board of Assessment Review sits at the town hall to hear formal complaints regarding property assessments (NOT TAXES). The Board has the power to lower an assessment if they feel it is warranted. The How to File a complaint Form must be filed by the owner on or before that day.
