Ten Minute Play Productions at The Open Eye Theater
One of the highlights of the year for Writers In The Mountains is the production of the plays written in the Ten Minuet Play Writing workshops. This year, five outstanding plays resulted from the workshop lead by Frank Canavan. The plays cover the human experience from dealing with the death of a loved one, fragile friendships, delicate social situations to hilarious love triangles. We have titled the event "Life in Brief". The plays will be fully staged and performed off script at the new Open Eye Theater on Main Street in Margaretville. If you haven't seen the new space, this is the perfect time. (The public restroom on the main levels is worth the price of admission...and could seat about 10 people!)
The plays will be fully staged at the Open Eye Theater in Margaretville on Saturday, October 13th at 7:30 PM and on Sunday, October 14th at 3:00 PM. Refreshments will be served at both productions and the audience will be asked to critique each of the plays. Admission is $10.
