your skis, your snowboard and your wishlist and hit the slopes of Plattekill
Mountain the weekend of December 16-17 as Santa Claus hits the slopes of
Plattekill Mountain! That's right, Santa Claus plans to arrive around 10am
Saturday and Sunday mornings and will be on hand in the base lodge to hear
children's wishlists, have photos taken and...hit the slopes! Any children
(ages 6-17) interested in joining him can get lift tickets all weekend for
just $15.
Never skied or snowboarded before? Now's the time to learn...Plattekill will be offering FREE "Learn to Ski" or "Learn to Snowboard" lessons all weekened - the perfect time to give winter sports a try!
Santa Claus will be at the mountain from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and lifts will operate 8:45am-4:15pm. Adult tickets all weekend are also reduced with "early season" rates of just $25.
Plattekill also plans to open their Snowtubing Park for the season, Saturday night, December 16 from 5-9pm.
Please call ahead for confirmation
on the opening status of the park. Snowtubing is open every Saturday from
mid December through mid March and additional days during holiday periods.
