Fall Colors from a Different Angle
Looking for a great way to take in the scenic beauty of the Catskill Mountains this fall season? How about hopping on a chairlift ride to the summit of Plattekill Mountain in Roxbury where you will discover phenominal panoramic fall views and the mountains in an array of color. Once at the resort's 3500 foot summit you can take a hike or simply hop back on the chairlift and descend the mountain for more viewing pleasure.
Plattekill operates their lifts every weekend from 10am-5pm and will be offering these scenic rides through the first weekend of November. Cost for the roundtrip ride is just $5/per person and kids 5 & under are FREE!
